Satdreamgr Changes

1. Do not delete GStreamer cache on Enigma2 reboot
2. Allow custom cable.xml and terrestrial.xml under /etc/enigma2/ just like we do for satellites.xml
3. Dreambox fix freezing frame when zapping to another channel
4. youtube plugin of taapat in feeds. (opkg update && opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-youtube)

768dc68 Extrenal srt problem gst-1 solved. To have all the media always in sync. Subtitles must run in sync by gst-1. Since by base enigma2.bb file for gst-1. The patch disable sub is not there anymore. For gst-1 the subtitle sync is enabled by default. The extren subtitles can have from time to time a warning. That's now solved and all subtitles internal/extrenal, Are starting well and synced.

864e55b Corrected start sequence off servicemp3 in e2. Only applicable to gst-1 branch. After that the servicemp3 is initiated and playbin started, the playbin is going to paused. Thanks to this there is not and to early out off sequence start from gstdvbvideosink and gstdvbaudiosink anymore.

da1335b Still some dvd's did not resume quit ok. Now they do Thank's to Taapat a typo in my code was found. Correctif patch have been applied. Unfortunately after this some dvd's did not resume anymore. Here the correct modified code. Now the user can for the majority off dvd's even request during full play the dvd menu. Change an audio or sub setting and press resume (if avbl) dvd. The dvd will resume where You where and with the new settings .
