Incubus Config writer 0.12

I have create small program that will help people start with incubus.

This program will help you create config and connect to CCcam.

change version to 0.12 and added some function

If you don't know what provider and caid are then just leave 000000 and 0000

If u use only CCcam then you should always have prov and caid 000000, because this means servers with multiple cards.

fixed bug on servers
