me sale un error al iniciar tomtom home

hola necesito ayuda ,cuando voy actualizar los satelites en el tomtom home ,me sale este error ,como se puede solucionar,cuando conecto otro navegador xxl no tengo ningun problema,un saludo

A veces sale ese error, le das a mostrar problema, lo cierras  y luego si te  muestra loq ue peude hacer,  normalmente  sale marcado  actualizar quicgpsfix, y mapsahre.
