Merlin3:
- fixed some major bugs in miniTV when PiP is already running...that fixes the problem reported in Neues Merlin Image - Probleme mit PiP (Bild in Bild)
- when ShortDescriptionOffset is activated make sure that servicename is not overlapping with serviceinfo
- Added Polish translations for MerlinUpdateNotifier and SetEPGPath (merlin3 polish translation follow on next update)
- Elgato-HD.ME: New plugins: Birthdayreminder, Unwetterzentrale and PiPServiceRelation, FritzCall fixes
