Engel Request Time Out

Hola amigo necesito su ayuda urgente, tengo un router Linksys WRT54G, he configurado todo correctamente, incluso en el menú de EngelRS4800Y su proyección conectado a mi router Wifi, pero cuando me Ping, me sale este mensaje Request Time Out
También probé con Wifi apagado y con el cable Ethernet en mi Deco, pero el mismo mensaje que recibo Request time out cuando silbo como una bala en el menú Red de Engel. Tengo una tableta que funciona correctamente con Linksys Router, así que no hay problema de nada en el wifi del router o cable
Engel está leyendo toda la configuración IP del router, mi intensidad y potencia de la señal es también del 99%, por lo que no se trata de la caída de la señal, por favor me ayude, gracias.

no se si voy bien encaminado,pero mira a ver si en timesyzt,(no se exactamente como se escribe),esta en off,si no lo esta ponlo en off y prueba a ver que tal,si los que saben mas creen que esto no tiene nada que ver con el problema,que borren el post,lo que menos quiero es confundir a la gente

Thanks n0c0ment, In the Wifi Manager Menu its showing connected, even showing SSID Router Name which i have given, status connected recevied IP,also in DHCP  ON, Everything is OK, but in the Local Network Menu below MAC Address Line its showing Network Not Connected, and than if i ping i get Request time out, i have tried different encriptions 2,5,6,9,11 But No Luck.

Anyway, BE SURE that if you are using WIFI connection you dont have to get your Engel conected by the LAN cable.

n0c0ment, i tried many times with a gap of 5 minutes, 10 minutes in between Router & Engel Powerup, kept engel ON for an hour,but still no luck, so i thought give a try with Lan Cable to see whether its connecting or not,with a Lan Cable i am getting Network Connected Fixed. whereas with wifi its not getting connected and was also sometimes flickering Connect/Disconnect.
Now problem remains same, i get same message "Request Time Out", i think this software is not
compatible with Linksys Router Firmware, just for you info i am not using DSL Modem, I have A Cable Net Service, with PPPoE, In the Engel DHCP Menu in Wifi i get this first line 192.168.001.100
and with Lan Cable i get this 192.168.001.102.

Then use the LAN cable, if there is not other solution...

I still have no success, please anybody can help me, i am using Ethernet Cable in Engel RS4800 Y, Everything is configured Properly, i get DHCP-Auto, my router ip shows in the engel meny, even i get network connected in engel, but when i ping "www.google.com [nofollow]' i always get Request Time Out, so i could not no internet data is getting trnsfered in Engel. whereas if i use same cable in my PC i can surf internet. What am i doing wrong i dont know.
