- Added filtering to the newcamd protocol uniq greater than zero
  helps in cooperation with the tuners sensitive to multiple responses
  eg Opticum
- Processing nagra EMM / Conax in DVB Contd. (the incomplete)
- Fix option waitforcards
- Improved option for StayDetached reader - now that StayDetached = 1
  the reader being taken at all the matches correctly ECMy (the reader is not attributable to
  none clientowi)
- Protocol amendment camd35 - returns not found when the ECM is incorrect

-CCcam: automatic transmission operated vers and build-in if not specified or correction / addition to the build-in version of the book unless I know the correct module
- CCcam: card added to the search entered manually CAID - adds readerow Camd3 Ident without options (the provider is set to 000000)
- CCcam: rader - added option cccMaxHop and cccReshare - to be determined how far the reader to be made available on or off it from sharing wogole cccMaxHop = 0 or cccReshare = 0
If you do not specify this parameter, subject to a value entered in the conf. CCcam server
- Improved filtering of multiple requests
