Changes TDT:

- enable keyboard and mouse support
- implementation of icystream playback
- update to displaydriver stmfb v24
- libeplayer2 fix some memmory leaks
- added some debug output
- avi/mkv fix crash on stopping when threads could not be started
- fix seeking backwords with 1,4,7 keys
- use fast forwad ratio provided by e2
- GMT/timezones fixes
- white DVB subtitle patch
- fixed some mem leaks in vob/m2ts playback
- libeplayer 2 possible fix for not starting playback of the second and following files
- add timeshift
- little fix for dhcp script

- New logo POINT - thx Crash
- Logo on POINT VFD
- Adaptation to the new fashion TDT
- Autodetection resolution to display the startup logo
- Optimization scripts
