Glass System Utility - update - ver 2.44

- added swap management (single/multi)
- updated name of satellites and added DVB-T info in channel info

- joined mips and sh4 version to one universal ipk
- added autodetection of the architecture (mips/sh4) to set supported binary
files
- main code optimalisation and unused files cleanup


Note: this is first universal ipk for all architecture (sh4, mipsel), before installing in SH4 uninstall old version first then install this one

- some OE2.2 fixes
- added new option "with net check" to activate autocheck of cifs/nfs mounts defined in nfs_cifs.cfg - work correct if device provided network share give a respond to socket on port 80 (webinterface of the device)
