repair from blackout or qviart freeze

I not speak spanish but I found a way to repair :
- turn on normal the qviart
- press and hold the power button on face of qviart (hold this button during all process)
- wait few seconds (about 10 seconds)
- unplug the qviart with button 0/1 on back of qviart
- wait few seconds (about 10 seconds)
- plug the qviart with button 0/1 on back of qviart
- wait few seconds (about 15 seconds) "at this step there is nothing on screen"
- unplug the qviart with button 0/1 on back of qviart
- release the power button
- turn on normal and enjoy :)
- if not ok repeat the operation.

Traducción:

No hablo español pero encontré una forma de reparar:
- encender normal el qviart
- Mantenga presionado el botón de encendido en la parte frontal de qviart (mantenga presionado este botón durante todo el proceso)
- Espere unos segundos (unos 10 segundos)
- desconecte el qviart con el botón 0/1 en la parte posterior de qviart
- Espere unos segundos (unos 10 segundos)
- conecte el qviart con el botón 0/1 en la parte posterior de qviart
- espere unos segundos (unos 15 segundos) "en este paso no hay nada en la pantalla"
- desconecte el qviart con el botón 0/1 en la parte posterior de qviart
- suelta el botón de encendido
- encender normal y disfrutar :)
- si no está bien, repita la operación.

Hola muy buenas, lo he hecho y consigo que el Deco vuelva a ponerme los números en la pantalla que tiene y salga del logo de ´Unic` en el televisor, pero se queda ahí. Si ahora le pincho el Pen con el firmware 1.18 en la ranura usb delantera no hace nada, es como si no funcionara el mando. Le he cambiado las pilas varias veces para nada. Alguna ayuda más?
