poco de fuerza bruta, por lo que la primera vez que inicie la UEM o cuando swiching
entre los proveedores lo más fácil es que tome unos segundos para entrar in Además, esto podría
ocurrir esporádicamente cuando canal de surf.

- Added an extra command-line parameter to the n2stream
  processing option to show the execution summary only.
- Some changes to the st19 simulator:
- Implemented emulation of ROM102 hardware timer interrupts.
- Rewrote memory segment management, it's now clearer (albeit slower).
- General clean-up for consistency with rqcamd programming standard.
- Some changes in preparation for the WIN32 version.
- Fix for crashing/blackout on some BEV channels due to CaID changes.

- Fix for emu stalling on BEV channels with no N2. It should now
  resume normally when switching back to a N2 channel.
   
- Added validation and warning so only one instance of rqcamd
  can be running.
- The "configuration" and "stream information" sections of the
  webif are complete. So the rqcamd webif is now officially *done*.
  New options will be added in the future.
   
NOTE 1: There were some changes made to the .conf file, it is
  recommended to use the rqcamd.conf file that is included in this
  release to avoid possible problems.
   
NOTE 2: I am aware of a problem where rqcamd stops working randomly
  after a few hours. i have already taken a look at this and it appears to
  be a map interrupt in rotation that is causing the problem very sporadically,
  it'll be solved in a future release.

- Some changes to provider identification made in v0.95 broke
  support for DGS and Triple Dragon. This is fixed now.

NOTE: As of this release, i could not test it on a Triple Dragon.
  Please report back with logs if it isn't working.

Fixed a bug when saving configuration changes on the webif: Now, if rqcamd is connected to a cardserver, it is disconnected so it auto re-connects and new connection settings take effect.

Some tweaks to the MAP code.

Fix for current DISH MECM. 

Attached are binaries, Gemini1 & Gemini2 keyless tarballs.
