I installed the PT VIARK COMBO 1.90 image. The receiver was stuck. I have the last picture I used on the ice cream display, with the remote control I can not access anything.
I had the image installed with v.1.80, but ....
What can I do to unblock the receiver. Thank you.

Hello: Disconnect it from electricity and reconnect it. when you install do not touch the control keys until you finish.

try to update it with rs232 mode, to see if you can, recover it, I always update it, with the cable, and it has never given me problems,
