fix hanging dvbapp2 at shutdown
add emergency buttons when spinner is shown (only when spinner is shown!)
double click "1": restarts dvbapp2
double click "2": restarts VU+ STB

add option to ask for timer path when using REC button for creating timers (question can be disabled at VTi->Setup Timers)

Fixed DVB-CI init
Fixed demux(incorrect pid)
Fixed vtuner (zero4k)
Support DVB-C in Dual MTSIF DVB-T2 tuner duo4k,uno4k,uno4kse,ultimo4k
(limitation : TS is broken when both tuenres are in use. (When one tuner is configured as DVB-C and the other one is configured as DVB-T2))
