Que equipo comprar

Estimados, soy nuevo en el foro, escribo desde Guayaquil Ecuador.
Nosotros importamos algunas cosas de China, y uno de nuestros proveedores me ha ofrecido estos decodificadores para antenas satelitales DVB-S
No se realmente que escoger, y de lo que tengo entendido a mas del equipo, se necesita un software para decodificar la señal de los canales interesantes.

Mi pregunta es, como hago para una vez que nos llegan el equipo, encontrar las llaves o softare para actualizar los equipos, y si las caracteristicas que voy a copiar mas abajo son adecuadas para trabajar aqui?
