Added updates to the XXX Films plugin in plugins,

Good for a CCcam that doesn't need a restart.
Downloading servers (after starting E2) means ... (connecting the device to the power supply.) Possibility to set the time from switching on to starting downloading servers. Each device is different and the start time is different. The setting is in the range (10 to 50 seconds). The device must have a working internet at the time of download. This time may vary from device to device, so this setting option is available.
