My DUAL device does not receive software and does not respond, please help?

 I have installed new firmware on android side using Hitool but I can not install any new software or install satellite channels. When you click on channel satellite search it says DVB module initializing and that is the end..Please assist on this forum because some of you brothers,  you are close to Qviart company.

yo no he tenido ningún problema instalando ultimo firmware 1.0.7 por usb , me funciona perfectamente
