pt says disconnected in net and games

Prueba a sintonizarlo con señal wifi, o bien por captura de señal del telefono movil. Tal vez el problema lo tengas en la red lan.

the PT server is working but it says disconnected in net & games when I click ok on it to activate it and go back in it still says disconnected so it must be a bug in the software or something tested this going to original viark sat 4k firmware factory reset then too 1.01 PT still the same reset then 1.02 PT and so on. its working but it must be a bug in the software on the box it only started today as well tested on my phone's hotspot and my home internet. many thanks maybe you could pass this on too the devs of PT
